Our Team – Huntsville Dentist
Dr Shants has been part of the Centre Street Family Dental team since early 2023. He joins us from the other side of the world! He grew up in New Zealand where he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Auckland.
He completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree at the University of Sydney, Australia, graduating in 2021 with a High Distinction in Research.
During his time in the land down under, he worked out rural in both private and public clinics before moving to Canada. He is excited to use his passion for oral health and dentistry to improve the quality of living and patient care in the Muskoka community.
In his spare time, you would most likely find him hiking and playing tennis. He loves the outdoors, travelling and swimming. He has been enjoying learning Canadian summer and winter activities and always welcomes suggestions to explore the Muskoka region to the fullest.
Sydney graduated from the Georgian College Dental Assisting program in 2016. She grew up in Huntsville and is happy to call it her home with her husband, son and 2 cats. She enjoys reading a book with a hot cup of coffee, working out and spending time with her friends and family.
Ashley grew up here in the town of Huntsville. She has been with our practice since 2021 and is the friendly face you see when you walk in our doors! In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time on the lake with her friends and family, attending concerts and snowmobiling.
Marloes has been a Registered Dental Hygienist at Centre Street Family Dental since 2014.
Marloes truly enjoys her work and loves building each personal relationship with our patients.
Marloes enjoys her time exploring Muskoka with her daughter Mallery.
CDAII/TREATMENT COORDINATOR
Britney has been a part of the team at Centre Street Family Dental since its early beginnings in 2012 as a Level II Certified Dental Assistant. Britney has become very proficient with the many elements of the office and loves connecting with patients through her treatment coordinator role. Britney’s passion is to be hiking in beautiful Muskoka and it always planning a new travel adventure to make memories with her family and friends.
